Burgundy Brixx - The 3rd Annual New Orleans Burlesque Festival

Burgundy Brixx performs in The Third Annual New Orleans Burlesque Festival, presented by Rick Delaup and Secrets In Lace.

Prior to becoming a burlesque artist in NYC in 2006, Burgundy Brixx worked as a professional singer, dancer and actress in New York City for many years. She has performed in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, worked as a principal singer for Norwegian Cruise Lines, and performed in regional professional theatre and tours across the US. She's performed as a solo artist at The Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, The New York Burlesque Festival, The Best of Midwest Burlesk Fest, and Tease-O-Rama's "Best Of The Best in New Burlesque" at the Triple Door in Seattle. In Vancouver, Burgundy Brixx has been featured in burlesque shows everywhere, including the weekly cabaret "Kitty Nights West," which she also produces. She has brought burlesque into the world of mainstream arts in Vancouver in various dance and theatre works. She offers classes in classic burlesque at her studio, "The School of Tease," and serves on the board of directors of the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival.
