  • This is a bad review! There's so much more u can incorporate in using the speed bag

  • @hardactinman I agree! But I can't afford to do FREE videos to plug every aspect of a piece of equipment to make some other company money. That's why this was my first and last product review. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • Wow, this burnmachine is just useless. Reminds me of TV shopping. I mean really - do people need equipment to do push-ups? Besides, a barbell is much more versatile. Simple solutions are the best - with this thing you can do what...? Biceps, triceps and that's about it. With a barbell you can train ALL the muscles (yeah, including the reverse grip for biceps:) - chest, back, shoulders, legs, biceps and triceps. Honestly, I would not take it even if they gave that to me for free :)

  • @MrLaserowy To each's own, I guess. I tried to be fair and balanced, but I tend to go for the old fashioned dumbbells, plate weights, and barbells myself. Product reviews are something that I believe my site is not meant for - that is not my target. So, hope you still find my other videos useful and continue to be a fan!

  • I think the review was good. The point was to give an "idea" of how they can be used, not give a complete workout demonstration. Good job.

  • Wow, way to go, Melissa!! She looks great! Thanks for a great video, Jenny!

  • @inspector941 I would agree that the dumbbells are more versatile. But everyone likes different things, so I guess the more options the better!

  • The rotation on the handles is a really good idea as opposed to a solid bar. I wonder if a set of dumbbells might offer the same thing?
