Recorded in October 1968 and released on February 10, 1969 on the 20/20 album and as single A-side with "All I Want To Do" on March 3.
This promo contains footage from sessions for the 20/20 remake of "Time To Get Alone", filmed at Brian Wilson's home studio in October, the next sessions after "I Can Hear Music".

  • @Motherfans4life. Bruce left them in 1972 to do his solo and other projects. He rejoined in 1979.

  • What a great song. I was a freshman in college in 1969. I saw "The Beach Boys" 3 times live. This was such a beautiful ballad. Carl sang the lead. The best harmonic rock group of all time. The Wilson brothers, Brian, Dennis, and Carl, will never be replaced. Not even by "Jan and Dean".
