This is an Alvin Ailey classic. Gospel music choreographed by the man himself way back in the 1960s. I've seen this live many times. Every single time the audience is on their feet & clapping hands at the end. It's like being in a church with a great gospel choir! Unreal spiritual energy.

    This is the MOST WONDERFUL AND MOVING PIECE BY ALVIN AILEY. I was so.....blessed to be an usher for City Center for 3 seasons for ALVIN AILEY DANCE CENTER. I cannot begin to tell you how this whole experience has moved me!!!
