I just purchased a Juicer and let me tell you, Pineapple juice is awesome.. I love it! right now I just juiced some pears.. I am going to try this fasting and juicing diet and see what happens.. I hear its good for the body!! maybe my cholesterol will go down, since I am on that to help as well.. yummy!
