I got the DEPO angel eyes. It uses the retro angel eyes look. So not that CCFL shit that doesn't seem right on such an old car.
I have modded my auto height adjustment from my original lights to my DEPO's.
shit works like a charm! I drive a E36 convertible BTW :)

@hax0r117 I did get new ones and then broke those in the exact same place on the first day. I'm convinced you need to heat the plastic up to make it flexible before installing corners.

You said it right. Waited for my depo's for 2 months finally got them and broke the tabs trying to slide my corners in within 20 minutes of being in my possession . Almost cried!
