I think Britney was being completely professional when she decided to cancel the show. it would have been dangerous, not only for her but for all the dancers and the band. Especially for them because they do a lot more choreo than Britney and the band is near all the electrical equipment. if Britney would have decided to go on with the show and somebody would've gotten electrocuted, well that's when you would REALLY be calling her a bitch. she did the right thing.

I hate the person shouting at her at 1:22 god make a decision you are 20yrs old. If the bitch thought about it one its not an easy one to make due to she doesn't want to dissapoint fans who have paid good money for their seats. 2 she doesn't want to put anyone in danger because of the rain etc and 3 the press would have a field day because they would spin a whole pile of crap because she had to cancel a show etc
