The dress is great, but the shrug is fantastic. I would buy the shrug more than the dress. Very nice. I do like the bohemian feel. Seen with a UK eye.

Sweet! The maxi dress looks lovely on her. I like the paisley prints of this dress, though I've never been a serious fanatic of paisley prints. The shrug somewhat downplays the romantic appeal of the maxi dress. Overall, this looks fantastic, as does the shrug.
