1. Go out of the room

2. Go in the room

The artifacts should glow now.

how do you use this outfit in the real game??? I downloaded a couple of patches but I dunno how to use them in the game! Need help please

Go to Lara's bedroom in Croft Manor from there you can select an outfit.

you can only use them when u replay a level. you will be asked which outfit u want to wear before the level starts

I know that. What I'm trying to say is how can you use her different outfits during the real game, and not only in croft's mansion? Coz I can change her outfit only when I'm playing in Croft's Mansion, but not in the actual game where you play missions.
