http://www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com I had a great few days at the health coach convention, learned a lot and am even more committed to teaching other how to lose weight and attain optimal health. Only 3 pounds to go to goal, once I get there I'll decide if that is where I want to stay or if I think I should lose a bit more. My husband says he thinks I am "just right" now but I think he'll be Ok with a few more pounds lost. I never thought I would see the day that he was worried about me getting too thin. One of the biggest problems we had in our marriage was his constant nagging about my weight - he was so worried that I was getting fat. Anyway, that was a long time ago. Things certainly have changed and I like it.
