i live in pennsylvina so il never get to live through a earthquake my brother lives in california he goes to school at USC but some people act like its noting cause they prob lived threw many
Well, given the fact the building has shock-absorbers, I doubt most people thought it was an earthquake to begin with. If it had no shock-absorbers, everyone would be screaming, getting under their tables, etc. because of the immense difference there is.
This quake lasted long enough to wake me, allow me to assess what was happening, go to my window, *and* shout across at my neighbors. I'm serious. But I live near LAX. i remember this one as being more of a rolling instead of violent jolts. Still, by no means fun.
oh yeah, well think about SOuth America, earthquakes also go up as 8.0 over there, and earthquakes happen all the time over there specially in Peru, you would not last a week there I am sure. Actually earthquakes happen all over the world and at anytime even when you sleep.
duh of course WE GOT AN EARTHQUAKE !!! now get OUT !!.. I was just finished taking a shower that night the earthquake happened, it was pretty strong, I had not felt a strong earthquake like that in a long time.
