  • Ah, nothin' like a good old fashioned shooter to get ur day (or night) goin'!

  • @backstarseed um what? Music is out of sync in the PSX version? wtf are you talkin about. no it's not. Actually the soundtrack in the Saturn version sucks compared to Playstation, on PSX it's better. The intro is better on PSX, the controls are better, when inputting your name for a high score it's a lot easier (type your name, then press START to finish, instead of pressing on the blank space to fill in the empty spaces like on Saturn), 3D effects I noticed no difference at all.

  • Good game, if only for the fact that the they got rid of the annoying trope of just having enemies randomly pop in onto the screen from no where and blow you the fuck up.

"Stage Clear, Advance to Next!" - Why don't I ever get messages like this in real life?

  • You lost at the end. Sorry. :(

  • I got the Sega Saturn version. A few differences between the two:

-The intro is a lot different. The Saturn version thinks you read the manual, so it just flashes a lot of images around. Also, there's no cutscene before the final stage.

-Music's out of sync in the PSX version, synced in the Saturn version.

-Surprisingly, the 3D effects are better on the Saturn.

-There is a hidden track in the Saturn version (bits are heard at the end of the vid) in which Guardian explains its actions to Cenes.

  • guardian's knight is the coolest boss in the entire game history.

  • @Nixel85 Even thou this game is from the 90's you gotta admit it's still pretty hot shit! Especially wit surround sound. A orange soda and a slice wit pepperoni & extra cheese! Kinda classic arcade Nostalgic huh? lol

  • @smoothrasin

Yes. The age of PSX (or PS1), N64 and the Sega Saturn.
