carson mansion is a private club ingomar and willliam carson
built this man back in 1884 1885 i used to live in eureka and that mansion

Being from SoCal, I love to visit the Eureka area for the different scenery, and the mansion is one of my favorites as well as the Samoan Cookhouse. Is that still there? Its been a few years. I love the redwoods too. It seems like a church to be in the midst of them.

Yes, the Eureka library, which has a nice view overlooking the bay, is next door.
