Sorry the camera is so shaky! I really need to find a better way of doing these recipes vlogs!!!

For the sauce:

1/2 Cup Braggs Aminos
1/4 Cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup
Minced Onion
Parsley
Cayenne (I just put a pinch, you can add more if you want)
Ginger (lots of ginger! yum! I probably add a good 1 1/2 TB)
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper (more or less, depening on how spicy you want it)

Marinate cut up steak in sauce for at least 15 min. Get skillet or wok HOT and add coconut oil. Add drained steak (keep the extra sauce) to pan and let the outside sear. Dont turn it a lot, just let one side sear, turn, sear that side and then take it out.

Saute onion and garlic if you are using fresh garlic in place of your garlic powder. Add broccoli and let that start to cook. You may need to add a Tb of water if your veggies are trying to stick to the pan.

Add cabbage on top, and then meat on top of the cabbage. I let this sit like this for a few min, so the cabbage kinda gets steamed without being down on the hot surface of the pan. Then drizzle sauce over entire pan of food, and mix it all together. Let cook until cabbage is cooked down to the point you like and meat it done. (I like mine Med-rare, so dont cook it too much! it cooks fast!)

All done! I will put more pepper flakes over it if I want some more spice. Its SO YUMMY!
