Airspray Ltd Douglas A-26C Invader C-GHLX (44-35948) airtanker-32 fires up both her R2800-Double Wasp radial engines at Red Deer Industrial Airport (Alberta - Canada) and taxies out for a training flight. (June 1998)

  • Is this at High Level, Alberta? What about the Airspray A-26 that overran the runway at takeoff a few years back? Was anything salvageable?

  • @zildjiandrummr12 One of those just got a fresh paint job by Aerometal International in Aurora. It should be back in Hillsboro soon. Maybe fly in the airshow this year.

  • Sweet. A couple of these are now based at KHIO (Hillsboro, OR).

  • Dont they usually start the number 2 engine first?
