One of the darker songs by Opeth, but also one which showcases perfectly the extremes in style that Opeth represent. From the extremely heavy opening to the contrasting acoustic and melodic middle section.

A great song and fantastic fun to play.

Sorry I moved around so much!

  • Wow dude, amazing job!! that guitar sound is fucking great, exact to the original. May I ask what amp/settings you have? Ps. OPETH are GODS.

  • Thanks a lot.

For this I used my Boss Micro BR digital recorder, so all the effects are through this unit. Opeth play live through a Boss mult-effects so that helps get a similar sound. The exact effect is a custom sound I created on the device itself. Lots of bass and treble and masses of high-gain preamp!
