There is a claim that the object is a balloon advertising the Duracell company: unfortunately, the absence of footage showing its departure tends to reinforce this suggestion.

the one I saw wasn't a solar balloon

this looks a lot like the one I saw when I was younger except I could see it a lot clearer because it was closer to the ground but I only saw it for a few seconds because it moved past the treeline
