@korganoc Actually, I'm not really a fan of the Dawson/Joey pairing either lol I prefer Pacey with Andie, if I'm going to be honest. I found his character developed better in that storyline, there was growth & maturity - As if his character was made better because of the Andie character. When the Joey/Pacey storyline took place, he went back to being the insecure, "I'll never leave Capeside" guy - Then blamed everyone else & lashed out at them for his own lack of ambition.

@Apsitis You have to be kidding... you Dawson's fans cant see the reality animore focused in that little whinning Peter Pan...

Granted, Pacey had a tough youth - but, he's so whiney & self indulgent. He was constantly insecure and jealous of other people's triumphs. He ruined his relationship with Joey from the start because his insecurities over Dawson & he felt the need to blame Joey for all his short comings. He was a senseless stupid character with little to no growth who continued to make the same mistakes. Realistically, Joey & him would never work. She was determined to do well, he resented her for it.

lmfao.
Jen: If you ever want to be reminded of it, you can just watch Dawson's show. What about that girl the cast as me? ugh, I've often thought about getting a lawyer and suing his ass.
Joey: Well, at least you get to have sex, all I do is mope around and pine over Petey then Colby then Colby then Petey...
I miss this show so much.

"What are you gonna eat that's your dinner " :)
For some reason i always burst out laughing when he says that
"I know who I'm supposed to be with, I've always known" I love this part!! She knows she loves Pacey as a boyfriend and Dawson as her best friend ever.

Joey's speech made a lot of things clear. Dawson is her 'soulmate' and 'tied to her childhood'. Her love for him is innocent and pure. If she had chosen him, it would have just been her wanting to keep everything in her life the same. With Pacey, she can move on and face new challenges. That's why she has fought it. Dawson will always be there, but a relationship with Pacey is a risk. I'm glad she stopped running though, because they were meant to be together!
