  • This series is using the Sun style which does not have severe twista like some other styles plus it does not require deep knee bends. So it does help with rekieving arthritic pain.

  • @Kennieg118 I understand your current situation and it is hard, but you can't discredit taichi like that. Taichi isn't a miracle cure, it is just plain exercise to prevent injuries and disease. But it doesn't mean there will be no chance of anyone getting it. There can also be other reason for your diagnosis, your diet, daily activities and even your taichi technique can contribute to your condition.

  • You fellows , wake up , Ok! I practiced Taichi 2 styles Yang & Chen for many years...about 6 years now. Recently I felt very uncomfortable on my right knee joints....and sometimes., it suddenly"jerks" and I felt a kind of feeling.."no strength".Now muscular skeletal specialists said I had "osteo-arthritis" or" osteoarthrosis".So taichi does'nt help me at all these years. Why me....?So who dare to say "taichi" can help arthritis and osteoporosis! Its untrue and its a MYTH ! Ok wake up u fellows!

  • Grow up taichi talk. This programme is largely taught at a discount or for free. It's linked with foundations and local councils. Also this VIDEO IS FREE!!!! You can learn it from this. No-one is getting rich off this. Geez! Follow the series of vids to learn how it's different. It is VERY different. I know this form as well as others.

  • @TaichiTalk Why is it BS to take helpful movements out of various taiji styles?

It's great if you have the time, money, and energy to learn chen, yang, wu, sun, etc. styles. But a senior with arthritis most likely isn't going to do all that...

  • Alahmark?

  • wat's the different from other traditional taichi styles practiced all over the world. All the "tong chor "were taken here and there from various style like sun shi, yang shi, wu shi etc., real bull shit!!!out to make money u guys be smart!!
