  • Longest time I have watched these clips without stopping: 8.5 hours.

  • I love watching this. I have German background and know some German, and they do sneak in some real German words, just like when they do the other languages sometimes they have real words other times it is just sounds they use that are stereotyped. I like listening for the real words

  • @Rhapsody9043

    It's just CABBAGE!

  • 6:35 Collin: How can I help youuuuuu? What can I dooooo? I can hear you very weeeeell?

  • @PoppedaHead

Yeah... I can only agree with you there... I am from germany and it sounds like Sid Ceaser has had a lot of exposure to french and german... the first time i saw that episode i wasn't really listening and all of a sudden i thought i heard german^^... he uses some real words so maybe that's why

  • @beesly01 Thx... it's difficult enough to understand them as it is, but hving them do accents in addition's like torturing my ears... >.<

  • @RiesenWuschel if you're referring to Millionaire Show, I believe Greg is saying "Shut Up Pig!" least that's how I hear it.

  • If you notice, when the performers speak in their dialects, they all use different sounds from that language to speak.. Explaining why most of them sounds way far off. Furthermore, one might also say it depends on how much of a language one has been exposed to and able to understand and use effectively.

  • The Sid Ceaser bit sounded like the most accurate to german. I am from New York, but to answer your questions from my point of view. I can distinguish the languages to being able to tell what language it is most of the time. Due to the varying dialects some do sound identical, and one might mistake it for another language. To be honest, most americans thing all foreign languages sound funny to them. Hence the emphasis on certain aspects of the language that are isolated to show how they hear it

  • @Breakfast221 Well worth it....."Takes his glasses on"
