@smokiensonya Great that you keep and love your deaf blue heeler,most people will want to put down a deaf dog just because it's deaf(they consider that a defect therefore a dog is useless). I had my Rose for 15 1/2 years(a dalmatian) who was deaf but perfect otherwise and wouldn't have her any other way. BTW my son has a blue heeler that takes to me more than to my son :)

Seems to be in the breeding, I have one that will jump and take a ball from my hand at around 6 feet from standing still. He's tha first I've had and he's loads of fun, a great guard dog and really smart. Will do tricks for a feed and hates it when I leave for work but is always waiting with a smile when I return. Gotta love a heeler.

I did'nt train him, he's a natural frisbee catcher! I think with the proper training he would be an amazing frisbee dog.
