  • I have an issue with this method because the 10% and 5% increases and decreases are completely arbritary. They don't take into account variations in demand. If customers decide they don't want to come your trend model falls to bits. Rather than spending time on working out targets that are based on a guess - why not just work with your staff to turnover as much as possible? Increase your creativity when it comes to your product be innovative when marketing and train your staff to sell - it works
