PRC government did a bad mistake by placing non-muslim Han Chinese in Muslim dominated Xinjang. The same mistake toowere done in Tibet. Muslim Hui Chinese were placed in Buddhist dominated Tibet. Why can't PRC government place muslim hui Chinese in Xinjiang, and the non-muslims in Tibet ?
