Lucson Joseph expresses his frustration during the 2011 National Haitian American Forum about the treatment of Haitians in their own land " For years I have been told boat people, Haitian and so forth, I have taken that with a grain of salt and now I am yet a second class citizen in my own country."

  • So true! Africans from the diaspora organizing & assisting one another would put the rest of the world to shame. As long as we are weak, the US & the rest of the world don't need to respect us. They can come into our countries & do whatever they want. How can we stop them when we are too weak to even help ourselves? It is our "leaders" who keep us weak. The weak leadership of black men is what has gotten us to this point. They are easily corrupted and only care about themselves.
