A Byrds gem...and seldom heard.

did you know that on the radio the music is sped up to a degree that's somewhat noticable on some songs and undectable on others, I'm not sure why this is done likely for two reasons, to mess up those who are recording off the radio because the music is copywrited and to have more time to run the five to seven minutes of commercials

@captainsoul1953 I knew that, I just didn't know any of his songs were credited in his first name.

@tfmuch crosby used an odd tuning on this and his voice is higher than gene clark

Amazing song. I was born in 1980 so didn't first hear this until I was 16. That was only when the remasters came out. This sounds even better. I love the dirt in it. Beautiful 'dirt'. If you know what I mean.
I dont knowif it was the producers or Rogers playing but no one has ever copied the the exact sound of the Byrds 12 string sound

One of my favorite guitar solos of all time.

@spencerrich
absolutely...mine too...a kind of hazy melancholic sound...could only be done on a 12 string

Anyone else notice at 1:03 that 'It's no use' is credited to H.Clark and Jim McGuinn. Never seen that before.
