Chuck Missler

"And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of Man." The emergence of the "Nephilim" was what brought about the Flood of Noah. Who were they? Is the current interest in the possibility of "alien" involvements some how of Biblical relevance? The Nephilim Genesis 6 indicates that the "sons of God" (B'nai Elohim) took wives of the "daughters of men," which gave birth to the "Nephilim." What on earth was going on? The B'nai Elohim is a term that refers to angels. It occurs four times in the Old Testament 2 and is rendered "Angels of God" in the ancient Septuagin translation.3 The intrusion of certain angels into the human family resulted in unnatural offspring termed Nephilim, which derives from the Hebrew naphal (to fall), or the Fallen Ones. (The Greek Septuagint renders this term gigantes, which actually means "earth-born." This is often misunderstood to mean "giants"--which they also happen to have been, incidentally.)

  • These are awesome!! Thanks for posting them.

  • This teaching is not tangential. I've read the entire Bible about eight times or so and have come to understand that if God included certain information in His Word then He intends for us to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Tim. 2:15)

The historical artifacts, literature, manuscripts, testimonies, fossils, etc. all point to the veracity of the scriptures and should not be dismissed as trivial nonsense.

  • So revelation 11:7 says that these mutant offspring will give testimony to their evil, and then the antichrist will appear and kill them, sealing his image as a savior unto the unsaved population?

  • I Love Chuck Missler, He is truly a man of God! God Bless his ministry!

  • You know, one can use scripture to justify any false teaching. The Bible must be read as a whole, and WAKE UP CHRISTIANS--satan would LOVE to get us all off on a tangent so we won't teach the most important---CHRIST who died for our sins and is able to SAVE!!

  • While we can I believe agree that conjecture or theory is not necessarily fact and may not be able to be proven at this time, that does not mean that the information contained in the lectures does not fit the data contained in the Bible.

  • i wonder is he charging 4 his lectures, is he thus charging to preach his view of bible, i find something funny about that.
