Many many happy days and evenings spent watching Eric & Ernie on the BBC... Always made me and the family roar with laughter, jolly good clean fun and the sketches ''wot Ernie wrote'' were hilarious too... Singing, comeday and really good friends in real life too.. What a lovely memory, thanks @julka1 for posting this M&W gem, for us all to enjoy...

Everytime I see these gys it brings a tear to my eyes and warmth in my heart. Didn't they bring us sunshine, didn't they bring us laughter. Takes me back to a time when life was simplier, summers were sunnier, winters snowier and everyone seemed a little bit happier.
