According to the Wendy's nutritional calculator on their website, this modified monstrosity weighs in at a whopping 69 grams of protein while sacrificing only 2 net carbs! The carbs can even be lowered more by ditching the pickle and onion. Make sure if you're ordering this (and I take no gastrointestinal liability if you do LOL) make sure to ditch the ketchup as that adds a lot of carbs.
This isn't a meal by any means to be proud of, it's down and dirty low carb on the cheap. Sometimes readily available food choices keep us on path.

You'd be waaaay better off making your own at home out of grass-fed/organic/hormone-free ground beef and some decent real cheese...
