Truth is, Ramsays a really nice guy. Even his harshest critics,back in the UK,all agree he is a really sweet and nice guy.

Some Hells Kitchen contestants have spoken out and said,at the end of the day, he's a good person,a big sweet heart.

He's just developed this schtick of being the confrontational chef, it gets big ratings and the majority of his 20 million pound fortune is based off of his TV persona.the HK contestants said he hams it up for the camera's a bit,but he IS genuinely irritated.

Actually ramsay is totally on the in for treating them like that. It's very rude to go up and confront the chef, you talk to your server if you want changes. If you start the rude, obviously he'll throw it back at you.
