If you could find more information that would be lovely, or if anyone else watching this video. also I just realized at 3:27, he is playing (thakajenu nakida) per aksharam. so wouldn't the nadai he is playing be misram?

He is playing in mishra, tha ka dhi mi tha ki ta every beat (adds up to 7)

at 2:56 I think he plays misram, although easy to mistake for tisra.
The phrase is: dhin , dhin , ta dhin , , , dhin , ta dhin , = 2 2 3 (2) 2 3 .
