what engine is in it is a rotary?

It's a skid steer. You use the sticks to turn it. You can make a sharp turn by braking either side (as you've suggested)or you can make wider turns by pulling either lateral (stick) half way back while keeping the other forward. You use the laterals to stop the machine by pulling both back.

@aza2speed It's not just the 440, but the 440rx is really hard to find parts for. Our options were about the same price, that's why this machine is running a Rotax 467lc now.

@techfx i know where an lot of brand new sach 110cc parts are, but if you looking for savkel 440 parts they are hard to find there only 12 motors in new zeald you might be able to find going motor for $1200nzd
