I don't know about a serval, but ALL Savannah's, not matter what generation, are illegal in Australia.

ive heard from anothere youtube comment that servals are banned in australia, however you could try and see if the hybrid f1, f2, etc are legal

No permits needed in Nevada. It's the libertarian state.
If I didn't know I'd be moving around all my life, I'd so want a serval. It's my dream pet, but 15-20 years of staying put would be torture for me... I've got nomad in my blood. I'll just have to admire them from afar...

Each serval is different. Just like humans they all have their own personalities. Some are more social than others. May I ask what breeder you are getting your serval from? :)
