You might like to meet the great One who will never win any Nobel Prize. But first, why not read His book—it's called The Bible, and His name is Jesus Christ.

  • so very true.. unfortunately, he'll never be awarded anything in this world, as it is..

  • Nobel prizes are awarded to human beings alive at the time of the award. The last time anybody noticed Jesus Christ ceased being a living human being about 2000 years ago. The animus towards his religion is less due to its teachings being "politically incorrect" than it is to the neglect of so many Christians to those teachings.

President Obama is even now expanding the 8 year old war in Afghanistan (now refrerred to as AFPAK). This does seem contradictory to the intent of the peace prize.

  • Wow, that quote from Lithuanian newspaper is potent and ought to be reprinted in full page ads across the USA (dead tree papers or on the Internet!). Don't worry - He'll get a title much grander than "Nobel Peace Prize Winner"!

  • He already win billion heart ...

  • It's not his book. Jesus didn't write the bible. Jesus, in fact, never existed. Even if he did, a lot of what's attributed to him is anti-family and anti-peace.

The things done in his name, however, are an affront to humanity. Everything from the genocide of the Native Americans to the Inquisition to the Holocaust. Hitler was a Christian, you see.

Jesus would never rate beside *actual* men of peace like Martin Luther King, Jr. or Thich Nhat Hanh.

  • Yes, praise our Lord Jesus Christ!
