NBA star Chris Bosh has sued his ex-girlfriend, and mother to his child, Allison Mathis, to stop her from appearing on the VH1 reality show Basketball Wives. Bosh claims that Mathis' use of his name and likeness infringes on his trademark and publicity rights. The complaint, filed in California court, states that the women on the show aren't really basketball wives, but are just women who used to be married to or date NBA players. It goes on to say (in non legal-speak) that the women are just a bunch of name-droppers who bring nothing to the show other than the fact that they used to sleep with an NBA player.

On this week's segment of My Cousin Adam on 93.5 The Beach's Matt & Crank Program we discuss whether Bosh's lawsuit will block Mathis shot at stardom.
