@CharlesGIGN That is normal how pro-death penalty people change the subject.
As one of the against my view is: I would rather the killer and rapist of my loved ones go free than an innocent person be murdered by the state.

I think the question proposed here is that not every killer should be executed but rather only the nastiest ones. If true justice was enforced than we would need to torture some people for years then kill them; i think that hits the inhumane ceiling of our society. So absolute justice isn't what society wants, but rather some justice...

@2Jax and always ask the one against what they would do an innocent love one of their's was brutally raped murder by a mad man. And don't let them change the subject.
PS: i have no opinion on death penalty, i just think we need to consider the two sides of the subject :)
