  • I imagine listening to this late at night on one of those huge reel to reel tape recorders maybe a Teak or Akai. It would play track after track jazz funk for two hours or more without needing to change tapes and I`d be mesmerised by the reels slowly turning as I got lost in the ethereal sounds.

  • One of the most cool music ever heard in my life!

  • Can't stop rewinding to the beginning. This beautiful composition just jumps at you from nowhere and pulls you right in. No intro - they just get right into it.

  • Had the pleasure to witness them on their tor of England 77 {not 100per cent shure here } tour, Joe sample did solo first spot of his Rainbow Seeker album .Got to say one of the finest bands ive ever seen.

  • Yes, this IS great stuff! And it may very well be all of these guys at their best. (and I love sh*t outta "Street Life") Sample, "Stix" Hooper, Wayne Henderson, Larry Carlton & Wilton Felder found THE groove on this one and worked it for all it was worth! Mos' props, guys.

  • Fond memories of sitting in the barracks at McClellan A.F.B, Sacramento, CA in a brother named George room grooving to the latest sipping on spanada wine ... and grooving to the latest sounds of jazz.

  • Can't push the stop bottom!!!!
