Interesting, and perhaps sad, that they would downplay their existence as a railroad to the degree that they did. SP never did advertise too much in the later years, and you'd think they could have done better than this. UP was almost embarrassed to be a railroad a few decades ago --- they went to the trouble of eliminating the word "railroad" on their corporate logo. I guess UP and SP are made for each other.
