alot of people should actually listen to the video first off she said she was on welfare and struggling blaming everyone then she made changes she went to a university to become a social worker and got a JOB. Then applied for loans all you welfare people want the easy way out without having to use your brain and educate your self. She basically educated herself to learn and become financially literate.

That's why you'll never get ahead there's always a reason why not!!! Tracy has helped 100's of people find loans on welfare including her friend Daniel Cameron who read her book in 2007!!!was homeless for 2 years, lived on a disability pension and stayed in a van ! He now owns 3 homes!! He's also on youtube. You don;t know how she found the bank and you never will because you're a 'gunna' not a doer!

By 2007 and 10 properties later there wasn't a bank who wouldn't give her a loan!!As for there not being any banks in 2007 who give loans to welfare recipients ...you haven't really looked have you???

Actually she got the first very small loan in 1999, by a co-operative for people on low incomes but she had to pay high interest and a fee each month because she was considered a high risk. She did the smart thing and paid down the loan immediately (weekly) saving 1000's off the interest.
