Last years one-point grand final loss to the West Coast Eagles is the closest this pathetic bunch will EVER come to winning consecutive premierships. For the Swans to lose the way they did last year with so many of their stars failing when it counted shows just how much complacency has set in. In the coming years, the Swans will take regressive steps away from the grand final. Soon, they will again be on the brink of extinction, just like in the 1980's.
