Kindle to iPad in the dark... I have a home that has a LED night light that runs off my internal battery, and I can run for days, how about you... (cue crickets chirping)

Hey, Apple fanboys, face up to it, the Kindle offers a better reading experience, period. I like reading. I like reading for hours at a time without eye strain. I like reading on vacation, in the sun, on the beach. The iPad doesn't offer the same reading experience. I am getting an iPad, but not for reading.
