Here's my first week back to using the 5/3/1 routine. I used it for a few months leading to USAPL 2009 Raw Nationals, and I hit a PR squat, deadlift, and total with it. I believe the decrease in volume will help my groin, squat, and CNS recover while still making progress. Right now, my hope is to rebound and compete in the Virginia State Championships on Sep. 11. I'll be in the 90 kg open/raw division. Thanks for watching!
