@ikebanaJc , not at all!! If you like smoked salmon, then you will love this recipe. You can even be creative and add other herbs to it instead of the ones i used here. no waste, i promise!

Seems interesting but also like one of those recipes that if you mess up or just don't like at the end, that's one wasted fish.
