You also need to give Scott Morgan some credit, too, as he composed the theme that you use at the beginning of this.

This video proves, Piccolo, is a solo fighter!
He fought Frieza alone without being scared, or hesitating. He even fought Imperfect Cell alone(but fusing with Kami too)
He fought 3 Z fighters, TienShinhan, Yamcha, and Chioutzu, with a proud smile. :)
