Coffee Plantation

One of Burundi's main commodities is coffee beans. There are small family-owned coffee farms all over the country. Every day, the locals harvest the ripe red coffee beans and bring them to a government-run co-op where the beans are sorted by quality, and then processed to remove the two outer layers. What is left is the white raw coffee bean.
