Hawaii Parkour - Drill Series - Safety Traverse

A great warm up before a session. Or a great workout if apply well.

Core, shoulder and leg conditioning. Strengthening of wrist and elbows. Coordination, weight distribution, balance, foot and hand placement. All of it in one go. Traverse along a wall both side and stay light on your feet.

The longer/higher/thinner the wall more Challenging. Get creative, have fun.

when you flip from one leg to the other - thats something we do in brazilian jiu jitsu. its called "judo press"... thought it was neato

@AObliviousOne i live on maui. and tbh not really. Basically if you arent a total dick/retard we wont really care. if you act all disrespectful or disregard poeple and crap then yeah then you'll get flamed hard. mostly we hate dumb haole's emphasis more on the dumb part though.
