Legend of Zelda II challenge : part 01- the beginning

Because my brother has played and beaten this game on challenges regaurding level 1...like
1-8-8 (low attack)
8-1-8 (low magic)
8-8-1(low life)

It makes me envious of his success from this game. However after playing it some more on the gamecube it make me thinking to play it once again...except this time I wanna surpass him.
I wanna aim higher than him making my goal to complete the game with only magic
1-8-1 (low attack and low life)

This is the first part...of which some of it is just to build up magic.
