3D reconstructed Purkinje cells of the mouse cerebellum expressing a fluorescent calcium indicator protein. This protein allows not only the reconstruction of the neurons but also functional imaging in behaving animals (field of view 500 x 500 x 150µm; B. Kuhn, M.T. Hasan, and S.S.-H. Wang).
