They haven't had a divorce. The mom kidnapped the child, took a flight to Brazil, and THEN asked for a divorce. And to get things even easier to resolve, she died.
If she was alive, we could argue about right or wrong. But she's not. The kid belongs to the dad. End of story.

Sean has been brainwashed by his family in Brazil. I feel so orry for him and David. Sean going from happy and energetic when he was with his dad to a robotic form when he got to his grandparents' apartment is proof he was theatened.

Thats right Netofis! This issue is a bit more invovled. WHY should this Brazilan -American Child have to live in the US? Why can't he live with his grandparents? REMEMBER they divorced OH AND the US favors MOMS TOO. NOW I think the step dad needs to step away from the case completely.
