  • Keep the guy teaching these moves in your prayers, he is 28, and suffered a brain stem stroke 2 days before Christmas. He is still unable to move or talk, he just communicates through blinking eyes. Everyone keep Billy Arnold in your thoughts!

  • wanna see this guy in action, watch billy arnold and the flying triangle here on youtube!

  • I'm not sure of the rules on high school wrestling, if your a high school wrestler, I would just check with your coach to see about what submissions are legal.

  • A main problem I have with this hold is that a committed hold will not slip down or break so easily. I understand that this is training and the partner is being cooperative. But this video is attempting to instruct others. So it is important to bring that point to the fore front.

  • you are just great man

    thanks for the video

  • Oh dear hope he will heal from that best wishes to him.

  • My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. This guy is a genius. I love Jiu-Jitsu because the smallest details make the biggest difference. The same goes for recovery. Have hope yall!

  • @maestri88 Oh, my God! Come on Billy. We pray for you!

  • Old move Lion Dens teaches this a lot years ago.

  • @maestri88 submissions are not legal in hs wrestling. a triangle, also known as a figure four is not allowed as a choke, but you can scissor the body as if you are trying to be in the guard position, just so he doesnt escape your grip.

  • good video. thanks!

  • @twilightlovr13 Pretty sure this isn't allowed in Wrestling, however you should consider taking Jiu Jitsu to hone your skills and get more practice in. the basics of BJJ is very similar to Wrestling and competing in tournaments can be a rewarding hobby.
