  • great Voice

  • @HiromiBlack totally agree. listening to Aled's version and then listening to this is almost funny. he sound so whinny in comparison.

  • Aled Jones is the best for me, I don't really like this kids voice but that doesn't mean he sings bad, and Declan's version is ok I guess, but I don't know, he kinda ruins the feeling of the song :/

  • wow beautiful song, and kid is amazing singer! :D

  • Lol , thumbs up for the Tin tin shirt :D

  • And dress code? This is supposed to be sung as an ordinary child taken on an amazing flight by a snowman - I don't think he went inside to get his formal dress. If there were any dress code for this, casual wear would be it. Or an anorak, if you can withstand that in the stage lights... ;-)

  • Since it's old, the audio quality of this upload really doesn't do his voice justice. An incredible amount of nuance is lost. I find a sense of wonder in McManners' singing that surprisingly wasn't quite there in the original or Aled Jones' cover, great as they are. McManners sounds like my idealized memory of hearing this as a child in the 80's. And I find that wonder to be completely gone in Galbraith's slurred version. If you want to compare, you should find a better quality version of this.

  • i like more the version of declan galbraith, its the best version ever, this boy does ok, but 1.- he should had dressed up for this event, regardles of the age and the new "era", the ocation calls for the dress code.

  • No offense but I prefer Declan Galbraith's version x)

  • @DiesNatalisInvicti I wasn't going by the "uploading date." I was basing it upon my knowledge of how old he is. But, nevertheless, you're quite right. By this point, I'm sure his voice is quite different from this video. I, for one, have not heard his voice since puberty, so it would be interesting to hear how it translates into an 'adult' register. I suspect that a LOT of the "charm" that he has in this register, will have passed.
